What is a lash lift?
Have you or your clients dreamed of having beautiful lashes without having to wear mascara everyday?
Would you or your clients love to have longer, more lifted eyelashes to open and emphasise your eyes?
If you’ve said yes to both then a lash lift would be perfect for you or your clients!
So, what is a lash lift?
A lash lift is a semi permanent treatment that lasts for approximately 6-8 weeks. The perming process will help you achieve beautiful, long and lifted eyelashes that will really open and define the eyes. The Eyes will look so much larger and more lifted and shorter eyelashes will appear much longer.
Makeup application times in the mornings will be nice and quick. You won’t need to apply mascara or even use your eyelash curlers!!
The lash lift treatment is perfect for people that don’t like to wear mascara but miss having defined eyes or who are allergic to mascara. It’s also brilliant for people who do lots of sports or swimming as nothing rubs off or smudges and eyes will look gorgeous all of the time!
A patch test is an absolute “must have” before any lash lifting treatment. This will make sure that it is safe to carry out the lash lift. It will test for any allergies or sensitivity to the lifting products. Being the eyes, it is so important to have a patch test before. Always make sure it is done!
A lifting shield will then be placed onto the eyelid and the lashes are secured upwards onto the shield using a special adhesive.
A perming solution, fixing solution and a nourishing lotion are applied to the lashes one after each other for a certain amount of time, the whole treatment takes up to an hour and then your absolutely stunning results will be revealed!
For even more definition you can opt to do an eyelash tint after the lash lift to give you even more of a “wow” eye.
